By using Listirea you accept these terms. Please read them before using the service. Listirea is a free service for creating wish lists with automatic email notifications.
1. Service Provider
Listirea is a service provided by:

2. Service Description
Listirea is a free web platform that allows users to:
- Create and manage wish lists with items from any online store
- Set up reminders associated with special dates
- Automatically send email notifications to third parties as a date approaches
- Share their list via a public link
The service is offered completely free of charge, with no paid plans or subscriptions.
3. Conditions of Use
Access to the service
To use Listirea you need to create an account with a valid email address. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Minimum age
The service is intended for users aged 14 and over. If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
One account per person
Each person may have only one active account. Creating accounts in an automated manner is not permitted.
4. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate information when creating their account
- Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms
- Not use the service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Not attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Not take actions that damage, overload or impair the service
- Obtain consent from recipients before adding their emails to reminders
5. User-Generated Content
The user is solely responsible for the content they enter into Listirea (items, descriptions, notes, etc.). TURUTECH SOFTWARE LABS S.L. is not responsible for user-generated content or third-party websites linked from lists.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Listirea service (design, code, brand, logos) belong to TURUTECH SOFTWARE LABS S.L. Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
The user retains all rights over the content they enter into the service (their wish list and personal data).
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Listirea continuously available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TURUTECH SOFTWARE LABS S.L. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service
- Data loss caused by factors beyond our control
- The content of third-party websites linked from lists
- The actions of other users of the service
9. Service Modification and Cancellation
TURUTECH SOFTWARE LABS S.L. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the service at any time, giving as much advance notice as possible. In the event of permanent service cancellation, users will be able to export their data for a minimum period of 30 days.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, use the service in an abusive or fraudulent manner, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia (Spain), unless applicable consumer protection legislation provides for a different jurisdiction.
13. Affiliate Links
Some of the product links that appear in Listirea emails and on the public page of your list may be affiliate links. This means that if someone clicks on one and makes a purchase, Listirea may receive a small commission from the store.
This does not affect the price the buyer pays in any way: the item costs exactly the same with or without an affiliate link. This practice helps us keep Listirea as a completely free service for all users.
