• Content of your wish list (titles, URLs, prices, notes)
• Recipient emails you add to your reminders

Data we collect automatically

• Access and usage data (server logs)
• IP address and browser type

We do not collect payment data. Listirea is a completely free service.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing the wish list and automatic reminder service
• Sending notification emails to the recipients you configure
• Managing your user account
• Handling your enquiries via the contact form
• Improving the service and detecting technical issues

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance: processing is necessary to provide the service you requested when registering.
• Legitimate interest: to improve the service and ensure its security.
• Consent: for sending commercial communications, if you request it at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account on Listirea. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain them.

Server log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.

6. Data Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. However, to provide the service we work with providers who act as data processors:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (service hosting)
• Email service provider for sending notifications

All our providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR.

7. International Transfers

If any of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that adequate safeguards exist in accordance with GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other equivalent mechanisms).

You have the right to:

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction. Passwords are stored encrypted using secure hashing algorithms and all communications take place over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Listirea uses only technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service (user session). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the service. The date of last update always appears at the top of this document.
